Securing your reservation with Nineteen Rentals LLC involves a simple insurance qualification process. Once you submit a reservation request, our team will reach out to you to gather necessary details, including your insurance provider and policy number. It's essential that your insurance policy can cover the cost of the vehicle you're renting. Additionally, a variable security deposit, dependent on the specific vehicle, will be required. This process ensures that both you and our fleet stay protected throughout your rental experience.
Yes. The renter is required to the have full coverage auto insurance
Yes. However, the renter is still required to provide 2 forms of identification.
You must be at least 25 years of age to rent with us.
No. Operation of any of our vehicles by any person not listed on the signed rental agreement is strictly prohibited. View our rental policy for more information.
The renter is responsible for all tickets and violations incurred during the rental period. Please provide proof of payment or the card on file will be charged once a notice is received in the mail.
Depending on your location, we can do drop offs. Please provide this information when filling out the reservation form.
Send us over your drivers license and insurance policy for verification. Once verified, we will send a credit card authorization form via email and ask for delivery details to finalize your reservation.
All vehicles are required to stay within state lines unless there is written approval prior to the rental.
Each vehicle includes 100 complimentary miles per day. If you would like additional mileage, speak with a Sales Executive for mileage package rates.
